From lab coats to LLMs

I spent a decade doing biomedical research — pipettes, mass spectrometers, and a PhD that taught me how to untangle extraordinarily complex systems. Then AI happened, and I realised I could apply the exact same obsessive curiosity to something that ships. I've never looked back. I build AI systems the way I used to run experiments: methodically, relentlessly, and with an embarrassing amount of enthusiasm.
